The staff and management of Silvestro’s have been working very hard at getting the place ready to welcome our friends and business associates. It has been a transformation that I am sure will impress and delight you.
The Silvestro’s kitchen staff has been creating new and exciting dishes that will appear on the menu… as well as ‘Specials’ that will be regularly presented for your enjoyment. After sampling all of these gems, a new wardrobe may be in order!!! We are sure that you will love these new creations.
How about a cheese vertical presented with raisins on the vine and other candied fruits to help transition to a sumptuous dessert?? …And a touch of Port to smooth the way…
DESSERT! Our dessert offerings are being developed and expanded. Home-made crème brule, cappuccino and raspberry cheese cakes, tiramisu, baklava and many other sinfully delicious specialties are being planned… Come and try our creations!
Our team has been immersed in the very pleasant task of developing a new and exciting wine list. We have literally tasted over several hundred wines during our selection process and feel that we have an exciting and balanced wine selection that will intrigue and delight your pallet. Italians, California, French, Aussie, Chilean favorites and boutique selections are on offer. … And the vast majority of our offerings will be available ‘by the glass’. We are also planning a premium wine card available by the bottle and a limited ‘super premium’ selection for those special occasions.
